General Instruction for Students
Before the Examination:
- Timetable and Location: Ensure you know the Examination date, time, and location by checking the notice board or college website.
- Required Materials: Bring your admit card (with all necessary signatures), student ID, and necessary stationery like pens, pencils, erasers, and a ruler.
- Prohibited Items: Leave mobile phones, smartwatches, and any unauthorized materials like notes or books outside the Examination Hall.
- Punctuality: Arrive at least 15 minutes before the Examination starts and wait outside until permitted to enter.
- Washroom Break: Use the washroom before the Examination as you may not be allowed to leave during the first hour also during last half hour.
During the Examination:
- Read Instructions: Carefully read the entire question paper and any specific instructions given by the invigilator.
- Fill Details: Accurately fill in all required details (registration number, subject code, etc.) on the answer sheet.
- Manage Time: Allocate time for each question and ensure you attempt all questions within the allotted time.
- Answer Questions: Answer questions in the specified format (e.g., blue or black ink), clearly numbering your answers.
- Silent Conduct: Maintain silence and avoid communicating with other students during the Examination.
- Seek Clarification: If you have any doubts, raise your hand and ask the invigilator.
- No Malpractice: Do not engage in any form of malpractice, including copying or using prohibited materials.
- Follow Instructions: Strictly adhere to all instructions provided by the invigilator.
- Rough Work: Attach all rough work, graph papers, and tables to the answer book.
- Medical Assistance: Assistance in examination due to medical ground like providing writer, etc will be allowed with following of proper process & approval from principal.
