MKSSS’s Cummins College of Engineering for Women, Nagpur is an approved Participating Institute (PI) for Unnat Bharat Abhiyan under Ministry of Education in Nagpur. The institute has adopted 5 village sunder the UBA scheme of the Ministry. Under this scheme, various events, activities were been conducted in the adopted villages.

- Adopted 5 villages under Hingna Tahsil. The adopted villages are: Lakhampur, Mandva, Pipaldhara, Sukli and Salai Mendha

- Distribution of stationary items in the adopted villages
- Appreciation letter distribution for ZERO Covid cases in Wave1 and Wave 2 of Covid
- NEP Sensitization and awareness programs
- Self-Employment Training for girls/ladies in the villages
- E-waste collection drive

- Street Plays and awareness in the village
