Barclays Sponsored Training
Rubicon’s “Lifeskills” Program, supported by Barclays aims at improving the employability skills of the youth. This initiative is supported by Barclays. Under this program, students were trained by Corporate Trainers to enhance their Life skills which would help them significantly to increase their chance of succeeding in a job interview.
The training was scheduled from 27th April2 to 5th May2023 on the Zoom platform.
Total 152 students from Second year of all three branches of our college were registered for the mentioned course.
In Life Skills training, the below topics were covered:
1. Organizational Structure
2. Public Speaking
3. Presentation Skills
4. E-mail Etiquette
5. Grooming
6. Group Discussion
7. Personal Interview
8. Assessment will be conducted on Group Discussion and Personal Interview.
Neuflex Talent Solutions Pvt. Ltd.
Every year, we conduct soft skills training from Neuflex Talent Solutions pvt ltd, for third year students of all branches. The training is conducted by Dr. Bhooshan Kelkar and Ms. Madhura Kelkar from Pune.
Duration of the training: 48 hours.
