Cummins College has a separate focused T&P Cell for counselling, placement related training and providing excellent on campus opportunities. Cummins achieved excellent placement in the last 10 years with core opportunities. Outcome is majorly because of successful planning and execution of the cell. It is a dream of many students to get placed in a dream company and students have achieved it. The average and highest CTC for 2023 graduates were 7.51 LPA and 24.75 LPA respectively.
