The Major Incremental Improvements

 New labs like VLSI, ADSD, DSP Processor in ETC department, MOM and AIP in ME department, Computer project Lab in CE department were developed in 2013-14 and 2014-15 to meet the requirements revised University curriculum.

 ICT facility consisting of LCD projector and screen was provided in each department of institution in 2013-14.

 Various licensed software like CREO and ANSYS in CAD LAB, MATLAB-15 in ETC were installed in 2014-15 and 2015-16.

 Formal formation of IQAC in AY 2017 as per norms specified in NAAC.

Quality Improvement Initiatives

 Financial concessions in hostel accommodation and transportation to the students from AY 2012. 

 NPTEL lectures made available in Library since 2012.

 Wi-Fi facility is made available to student and faculty from 24 April 2013 in college as well as in the hostel.

 Video conferencing facility made available from 27 June 2013  

 The training and Placement cell was started in July 2014 with the aim of preparing the students for campus interviews.

 Started providing CRT to students from Sept 2014.

 Started providing professional sports coaching to students from July 2014.

 CCTV for e-surveillance of entire campus.

 E-journals made available in library since Jan 2012 to provide free access to students and faculties to the latest and past journal publications.

 Student Clubs activity: To improve the technical competency and to develop leadership/ team spirit in the students, Student Clubs were formed in June 2015.

 Landscaping of campus: A green natural surrounding keeps healthy atmosphere. The large scale tree and flower plantations and lawns were developed on the campus.

 LED lighting to save energy since July 2016 In order to go green and reduce power consumption, light fittings were replaced by LED.

 Exam portal deployed from Aug 2016

 Installed potable water purification plant in 2016

 Reading room with E learning facility was developed 2016-17.

 Formation of III, ED and R&D cells in July 2017

 G-suite initiated in Aug 2017

 Ergonomics of student seating arrangement was improved with new spacious designed furniture in the year 2013 

 Internet bandwidth was increased from 12 mbps to 26 mbps to meet the increased need of usage in the year Sept 2016
